Addis Housewares Ltd. guarantees each product against all defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified from the date of purchase and agrees to repair or replace any defective product without charge.

Please note Addis no longer requires consumers to register products for the extended guarantee; however, proof of purchase is required to claim under the guarantee and unfortunately without evidence of this to validate the guarantee, we will not be able to provide a replacement.

The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, or the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product.

No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

To claim against the guarantee, please complete the ‘complaints‘ form and a member of our team will respond within 5 working days.
