Please note that proof of purchase is required to claim under the guarantee, which is in line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you do not have evidence to validate your guarantee, we are not obliged to assist with a replacement; however, we would still welcome you to send your complaint with images for our quality department to investigate.
