Our vision
The EMSA group has a vision that provides our daily action with the orientation it needs:

Our vision is: to be the leading European supplier of quality products for household and garden sectors and professional end users through customer satisfaction and innovation.

Our organization
In order to be successful on the constantly changing markets, we need an organizational framework that helps us deal with our customers' wishes and requirements flexibly and at short notice. That is why the EMSA group has opted for a process-oriented organization. Through this we have created a work environment that enables each of our employees to work independently together with colleagues in teams and to work on integral tasks responsibly. Accordingly, each individual's job is no longer limited to specialized sub-areas but encompasses all the tasks belonging to a process.

Our management principles
Our company lives on the creativity, commitment and qualification of our staff members. We want our employees to be entrepreneurs on their own account whose objective is to offer our customers optimum solutions.

That is why we attach great importance to a cooperative management style and live according to modern management principles. They say:
"A cooperative management style, delegation of responsibility and protection of justified interests of the employees form the basis for trusting cooperation."

A modern personnel policy
Modern, up-to-date management instruments such as regular discussions with employees, individual agreements on targets, group work, task and job descriptions as well as staff opinion surveys are just some of the building blocks of our personnel policy.
For us, a cooperative management style means finding the balance between company and employee interests. This also includes improvement and idea management to promote the systematic optimization of all company processes. Through BVW (company improvement management) and KVP (continual improvement process), concrete ideas for improvement are developed, given awards and implemented on group and staff levels.

Together we define individual goals to integrate our employees more intensely into the company and its strategic objectives. By actively helping to form the goals, every single employee is given scope of action and autonomy for his/her job.

Our employees
The development and continued education of our employees are very important to us. Every employee should play a part to his or her best ability - if possible in those areas where he or she excels. Because we know that one performs best wherever one can bring in one's talent best. And if technical qualification is lacking in certain sub-areas, we provide our employees with the required training.

We want to take the road into a successful future together. In our company, every employee is given the chance to help form his or her future actively and to have success. Anyone who wants to be successful, is seeking a challenge and wants to make things happen is very welcome in our company.

Our communication
We cultivate transparency and open discussion because only open discussions and perfectly functioning internal coordination enable us to find good solutions together - for our customers and for ourselves. Just how important internal communication is to us is shown by our various information media such as e.g. announcements and monthly transmissions, and by our employee magazine prepared by employees.
